Samantha Baehr

Orchestra begins a new year

Teresa Foster
Orchestra is under the direction of Fred Morden. The first concert is Oct. 18, and the spring concert will be May 22.

In addition, the orchestra will be performing two new concerts — a seasonal concert in December and a pops concert in March.

Both concerts will feature students as soloists, arrangers, conductors, and composers. The money raised from ticket sales will fund scholarships for students interested in majoring in music.
