“If you don’t stretch muscles before a physical activity, you are more likely to get cramps and tear something,” former sports manager Owen Farrell said.

The eyes are one of the most important parts of the body needed to effectively compete in sports. However, most people do not take any measures to protect them. Eye injuries often result in permanent damage; many athletes have lost their careers due to an eye injury.
According to the National Society to Prevent Blindness, about 40,000 eye injuries are reported to be results of sports and recreational activities.
